SERIES: We do the homework...

When it comes to buying a home, I do the homework for you. As this video from OREA (Ontrario Real Estate Association) explains the significance of a REALTOR© when making your home purchase.

There are so many aspects that are important when deciding what you would like in your new home as well as the ammenities that surround it.  Location, a family kitchen, number of bedrooms, a large yard, a court setting, a garage, mature trees, walking distance to schools and transit are just a few items on a Home Buyer's extensive list - and rightfully so. The home you purchase needs to work for you and your family. Every Buyer has their own personal list of what matters most to them and I am here to help you prioritize those wants and needs and then help you find it!

Time is of the essence - let's get started!  For further assistance please click here to send me a message or contact me directly at 647-988-3761. I look forward to hearing from you.

Benefits of a Buyer Representation Agreement (B.R.A.)

Signing any kind of contract can be an intimidating experience. This week's video, published by the Toronto Real Estate Board explains why it is beneficial as a Buyer to sign into a B.R.A. with a Realtor.

When choosing representation, Home Buyers have the option to sign either a Buyer Representation Agreement or a Buyer Customer Service Agreement.

The Buyer Representation Agreement indicates that the Buyer has engaged a specific Real Estate Brokerage to work exclusively on their behalf, to find them a property, in a Geographic Area of their choice, for a designated period of time. This agreement confirms the REALTOR's commitment to make his or her best efforts for the Buyer.

By signing the Buyer Customer Service Agreement the Buyer acknowledges the Broker has provided him/her with written information explaining agency relationships including Seller Representation, Buyer Representation, Multiple Representation and Customer Service.

The term REALTOR is designated to those who have chosen to belong to local, provincial and national real estate associations, agreeing to adhere to a strict code of professional standards that ensures the highest levels of service and integrity.
